All of our mushrooms are grown and supplements are produced at our facility in British Columbia, Canada. They are prepared from start to finish by our own team. We operate a state-of-the-art, licensed facility and lab test all of our products to ensure that our customers only receive high quality supplements.
All of our mushrooms are organic, and we follow the strictest organic guidelines in the world. Our powders, capsules, and tinctures are also vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO.
Our products are pure, full-spectrum extracts with absolutely no fillers. With a ratio of 90% fruiting body to 10% mycelium, we maximize on the benefits in both the fruiting body and mycelium. This ensures that you are getting the highest possible levels of active compounds like Beta-glucans with all of our products.
The active compounds mentioned throughout our website reference the therapeutic compounds that all of our functional mushroom supplements contain. These include industry-leading levels of beta-glucans 1,3 β-D and 1,6 β-D, triterpenes, amino-acids, and trace minerals.
We use a dual hot water and steam extraction process to produce our base mushroom extracts. This process ensures that critical medicinal components become available for absorption by the human body. They then go through a micronization process which is known to further increase bioavailability.

We also comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, and our production facilities hold relevant licensing from health and safety authorities.
We recommend storing Organic Mushrooms supplements in a cool, dry place that maintains a steady temperature. Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight or extremely cold temperatures.
The shelf life of our mushroom products is four years from manufacturing. We guarantee at least three years of remaining shelf life from the date on which you receive your order.
The best time to take Organic Mushrooms supplements depends on their effects, but we typically recommend taking them with or around your first meal of the day. Reishi is the exception, which is best taken at night for its relaxation effects.
It depends on the medication. While functional mushrooms are generally safe and all of our products are entirely natural, they can interact with certain prescriptions. If you take blood thinners, blood pressure medication, stimulant medication, immunosuppressive drugs, or have any concerns about conflicts with our products, please consult your healthcare provider before adding functional mushroom supplements to your diet.

Our products will not get you high or alter your state of mind in any way. None of our functional mushroom supplements contain psychoactive compounds.
As our products are consumable, we are not able to refund them after delivery for health and safety reasons. However, if the order you receive is damaged or not what you ordered, we will re-send the correct products at no additional cost.
All orders of any size are eligible for free shipping.
All of our orders are shipped out with the United States Postal Service (USPS) at our daily cut-off time of 12pm PST. Any orders made between 12pm each day will be shipped out at this time each day.
Typically, orders take 5 business days for delivery to most major cities in the United States. If you live in a rural area, it may take a day or so longer. We know how important it is to have your order delivered, and you can rest assured that your shipments are our top priority.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information is automatically sent to your email.
Subscriptions have a mandatory minimum of one renewal after your initial purchase. After the first automatic renewal, your subscription can be cancelled or adjusted at any time through your My Account page. There are absolutely no fees to subscribe or to cancel a subscription!
If you do not receive your package within 2 days after the expected delivery date, please contact USPS immediately. We do not have control over shipping delays for your order and only USPS is able to help in these cases. If your package has not been delivered and the package is lost in transit, we will replace your order at no extra cost.
Organic Mushrooms will not be held liable for lost orders due to: wrong address given by the customer, mistakes made by the postal office, expired PO BOX numbers, and stolen packages after delivery.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please try to address this issue with USPS before reaching out to our support team.
